For many within the LGBTQ community, the pre-teen and teenage years are a time of rigorous investigation into what it means to be "queer."

This search can lead young people down many different paths as they search for a supportive community and a better understanding of their sexual identity.

The Age of Exploration is an interactive diary being developed for Brooklyn youth in this age group. When completed, it will contain written prompts, shared stories from community youth and elders, and links to local support services.
